The Results Toolbox provides financial, spiritual, and life coaching to the people we assist, helping them develop long-term systems to stay on track with their goals.
At DDS, we firmly believe that if you have the means to assist those in need within your community, it is both a responsibility and a privilege to do so. Through our faith in God, we have been blessed with the means to give back to the city we love by helping people overcome obstacles, take charge of their lives, and reach their full potential.
To achieve this, DDS Solutions established The Ladder, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Ladder partners with other nonprofits in our community to fill the gaps in support that prevent people from fully overcoming their barriers to success. By addressing issues such as housing, transportation, debt, health, employment, and addiction, The Ladder provides all-inclusive, case-by-case support based on individual needs.
The Ladder grew out of what was already DDS Solutions’ practice of providing support to employees experiencing difficult life circumstances, with the mission to go beyond those who work for DDS to help as many people in the community as possible. Everyone on the board of directors of the Ladder is a volunteer, and all proceeds go directly to helping clients in need.
We view our work as an investment in self-sufficiency, helping those who face extraordinary challenges, but who are willing to take the necessary steps to produce positive change in their own lives. The Ladder lends a helping hand to people who are climbing up, so that they may stand on their own two feet at the top.
