God has blessed DDS, and in turn, DDS wanted to bless others. To achieve this, The Ladder, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was formed. The Ladder was founded on the idea of moving beyond helping just those we know to assisting those we don't. Our goal is to create generational change in these people. We achieve this by addressing specific needs of people, enabling them to successfully climb up The Ladder of life. “
